We had an event in a shul, and the client didn’t tell us that there’s not enough elections power. Somehow without me knowing anything about it, Pulse made sound happen — not even sure how, either a generator or pulled a 100ft wire — but it was done… He provides service with a smile.

When the client walks in at 5:00pm, before the wedding, everything is all set up. Everything runs smoothly, even if we had last minute requests, it was always done with a smile. We got detailed service, whatever the request was, it was done perfectly without complaining or attitude.
